Linga Longa Bike Park
Wow! Everything about Linga Longa can be defined in a single word, excellent. Interactions with staff and drivers are warm and pleasant.Riding the DH tracks are for experienced riders. It is prudent to run a couple of exploratory laps before trying to set a Strava record.I never felt there was a delay in getting shuttled to the top of the multiple runs.Everything is well signposted.Food was gourmet standard and great value. Drinks were quirky reflecting the nuts and berries culture of the area.Safety is delivered at a level befitting the sport of MTB. First aid and ambulances were on call and available.Take a dip after a days riding, it is sensational!

Rays Trail - Mountain Bike Trail
Takes about 2 hours for average fitness people to get around the windy up and down track.Have plenty of water but don't carry any extra unnecessary amounts of items. The ups can be abit difficult to navigate through if you aren't a regular mountain bike rider. Also going down has some fast corners or small spaces and sharp inclines. So not for novices or unsure riders. Some places have an easy or opt out tracks for inexperienced riders over certain jumps.Markers placed throughout to make it easier to follow the track and the track is covered in pea gravel too.Carpark is small and has some tree cover with a yellow sign near the road marking Ray's Trail.Saw kangaroos and wallabies in the area. Be careful of spiders and their webs. Easy to cope a face full on the track.
